At Sheet Glory, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our products.
The following policy applies to any order cancellations, replacements or refunds, as applicable.
Cancellation by Customer
You can cancel your upcoming order at any time before the charge date - once the order has been charged and processed we will be unable to cancel the order.
Cancellation by Sheet Glory
In the event a product is out of stock, has errors in pricing or of any unforeseen discrepancy, orders may not be processed and you will be notified. Sheet Glory reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason with notification of the customer, including the right to cancel any order due to perceived or confirmed misuse, abuse or manipulation of any of Sheet Glory’s cancellation, replacement and return policy or process.
REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY
We are required to state specific information under the Australian Consumer Law:
“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”
Generally, for health and safety reasons, we're not able to accept returns. If you're unsatisfied with our toilet paper for any reason. However if you received a damaged product, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
We’ll provide you with a return shipping address label and even cover the cost of return postage (yes, we want to be forgiven). All you need to do is print and securely attach the return shipping address label (after removing the original delivery instructions) to the box or packaging you received your order in (or other packaging, if you have already disposed of ours) and pop it in the post. There are no restocking fees or penalties for returning your goods (Sheet Glory doesn’t do this sheet!).
Please note that in most cases we can only accept products for return that are ‘largely unused’, meaning that if more than 25% of the products in your order have been used (for example, 6 rolls of toilet paper have been used out of your box of 24 rolls), then unfortunately we cannot accept the return and cannot give a refund. An exception to this is if some or all of your remaining products are faulty, in which case we will provide a refund in accordance with consumer laws in the country.

For example, we collect information when you submit your email address, fill out a form, participate in a contest or promotion, apply for a job, communicate with us via third party social media sites, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others
We may also work with other websites or platforms (such as Facebook) to serve ads to you as part of a customized campaign, unless you notify us that you prefer not to have information about you used in this way. To opt out, email us at email@example.com
Company takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
