RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We love our products, and we hope you do too! If, however, for any reason you are not satisfied with your Sheet Glory order, we’ve made returns and refunds as easy and hassle-free as possible. 

While we wish we could, we can’t completely remove bureaucracy from the process. But we’ve strived to simplify it.

We are required to state specific information under the Australian Consumer Law: 

“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”

That was a pain to read, right? Anyway, translating the law jargon in English, that means we comply with the Australian Consumer Law. 

If you’re not happy with your product and would like a refund, please email us at support@sheetglory.com within 30 days of receiving your product and we’ll arrange it for you. Please specify your order number (it’s in your order confirmation email) and tell us what the problem is so we can do our best to fix it for next time (we value your feedback as it’s the best way we can improve)!

We’ll provide you with a return shipping address label and even cover the cost of return postage (yes, we want to be forgiven). All you need to do is print and securely attach the return shipping address label (after removing the original delivery instructions) to the box or packaging you received your order in (or other packaging, if you have already disposed of ours) and pop it in the post. There are no restocking fees or penalties for returning your goods (Sheet Glory doesn’t do this sheet!).

Please note that in most cases we can only accept products for return that are ‘largely unused’, meaning that if more than 25% of the products in your order have been used (for example, 6 rolls of toilet paper have been used out of your box of 24 rolls), then unfortunately we cannot accept the return and cannot give a refund (unless required by law). An exception to this is if some or all of your remaining products are faulty, in which case we will provide a refund in accordance with consumer laws.
